Job Overview. The Head of Research and Development will be responsible for overseeing all research and development activities at Bi Paints. This includes developing and implementing research strategies, managing a team of researchers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in industrial coatings and paints. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Strong research skills, with the ability to design and execute experiments and analyze data. Expertise in industrial coatings and paints. Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques. Experience managing a team of researchers. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven track record of successful research projects. Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. Roles And Responsibilities. Develop and implement research strategies for the organization. Manage a team of researchers, providing guidance and support. Oversee the execution of research projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development. Monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and techniques in the field of industrial coatings and paints. Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions. Manage research budgets and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
