Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience to join our team in Richmond Town, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting entries using ERP systems and Tally. This role will involve handling day-to-day accounting operations, monthly reconciliations, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of vouchers, e-invoices, export invoices, payments, etc
• Handling day-to-day accounting
• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
• conducting all other accounting activities
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial entries in ERP and Tally systems.
• Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
• Updating accounts payable and Receivable.
• Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
• Monitor and Reconciliation bank statement and other financial transactions.
• Handling ESI, PF and PT payments
• Knowledge of TDS and Employee salary calculation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically ERP systems and Tally.
• Strong understanding of Accounting regulations and reconciliation processes.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work Hours: 10: AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days : Monday to Saturday ( 6 Days in Week and Sunday Fixed Holiday)
