Digital Marketer

Overview:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaigns:
   
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
2. SEO and SEM:
   
• Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
• Manage paid search campaigns to enhance visibility and attract qualified leads.
3. Social Media Management:
   
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.
4. Content Strategy:
   
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop compelling marketing materials, blogs, newsletters, and videos.
• Align content with overall marketing goals and ensure consistency across channels.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   
• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign ROI and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
6. Lead Generation:
   
• Develop and manage lead generation strategies to attract prospective clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.
7. Email Marketing:
   
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote properties, events, and company updates.
• Segment and personalize email content to increase open rates and conversions.
8. Stay Updated:
   
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry.
• Experiment with innovative strategies to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and marketing automation platforms.
• SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO techniques and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Social Media Savvy: Hands-on experience with managing and growing social media accounts.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Creativity: Innovative mindset to develop unique marketing campaigns and content.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
