- Support with procurement of materials cost-effectively as per process and timelines of the team
- Ensure managing office facilities and regular maintenance activities
- Support with managing assets of the organisation
- Internal support for operational activities and related logistics of program teams
- Support other Day to Day Operations
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Work experience 0 to 4 years
- Any graduates with relevant work experience
- Experience \u2013 Prior event operations and logistics - during college or past work experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills \u2013 English, Tamil
- Basic computer skills \u2013 MS Word & Excel \u2013 Required
- Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting
- Willingness to travel extensively \u2013 locally (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
- Having a two-wheeler \u2013 Must
