Role & responsibilities

• prepare bills, quotation, GST return, PF preparation, file management, all kind of manpower /vehicle/ tools/ parts log maintaining.
• tender filling and management
• payments and banking
• supervision
• filed super vision and project execution and completion
• company client relation
• follow ups payments and inquiry
• on phone calls marketing/ email marketing/ digital marketing
• In person marketing and power point presentation to our client at industries
• gate pass and form preparation for workers

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with- computer skills - ms office (excel, ms word, power point)
• digital marketing knowledge
• communication- English ( speak, write and read- intermediate level)
