Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance: Monthly filing of GSTR-3B, reconciliation of GSTR-2, preparation of GSTR-1 documents, and handling other statutory requirements.

Bank Documentation: Submission to the bank and coordination of related banking activities.

Statutory Compliance: Handling TDS, EPF, ESI, and payroll processing.

Accounts Management: Managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).

ERP & Billing: SAP-based sales billing, E-invoice generation, and E-way bill preparation.

Tally & SAP Reconciliation: Verifying all Tally entries and ensuring accurate upload of sales entries from SAP to Tally.

Financial Reporting: Preparing Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and ensuring finalization of accounts.

Annual & Monthly GST Reconciliation: Ensuring accurate reconciliation of returns and compliance with GST regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in finance management with expertise in statutory audit, tax audit, GST compliance, etc.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Goods & Services Tax Act (GST), Income Tax Laws.
  
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements according to IND AS norms; familiarity with Tally Prime/Tally ERP9 an added advantage.
