Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct technical interviews, either directly or in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify top talent.
- Effectively assess technical skills through technical interviews and coding challenges.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and proactively address any challenges.
- Partner with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Talent Pipeline Building:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Actively network with industry professionals and attend technical conferences to identify potential candidates.
- Leverage social media and other online platforms to engage with passive candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
