We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to produce high-quality content that clarifies complex technical information for a wide range of audiences. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to create engaging, informative content such as user guides, technical documentation, blog posts, white papers, and more. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent writing skills, and a passion for communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical readers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Development : Write and edit technical documents, including product documentation, user guides, API documentation, white papers, and knowledge base articles.

2. Research and Collaboration : Collaborate with subject matter experts to gain a deep understanding of products, technologies, and target audiences.

3. Simplifying Complex Information : Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that is accessible to a variety of audiences.

4. Content Strategy and SEO (Not mandatory) : Work with the marketing team to align content with SEO strategies and broader content marketing goals.

5. Content Updates : Regularly update content to reflect new product features, industry trends, and feedback from users.

6. Proofreading and Editing : Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone, ensuring consistency and adherence to style guides.

7. Stay Current with Industry Trends : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve content quality and relevance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or cource in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in the tech or software industry.

- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into reader-friendly content.

- Strong knowledge of technical writing tools (e.g., Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word) and content management systems.

- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with specific technical domains relevant to the company (e.g., cloud computing, DevOps, software development).

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic programming is a plus.

- Portfolio of technical writing samples showcasing clarity, accuracy, and tone adaptation.
