OLT Location planning, deployment and integration.

1.Interaction with Business for Monthly rollout plans

2.Regular Meet with TOCO for RFI issues.

3.GIS Code creation

4.OLT and ODN material availability

5.Build a good relation with LCO by supporting him to use existing network

6.End to end ODN planning ensuring customer delivery and details sharing with LCO Document signoff with LCO

7.Fiber Laying by LCO as per the Plan

8.OLT deployment

9.OLT AT & AD at NOC

10.Coordination with inter dept. team for day to day activities.

11.FAT deployment partner readiness

12.FAT deployment in field

13.ODN AT completion

14.Inventory Validation before updation in GIS

15.NESA table validation before update in GIS
