Production Manager

Oversee production processes for the liquid and tablet sections to ensure efficiency and quality.

Develop and execute manpower plans based on production unit requirements.

Plan and manage shift schedules to optimize production output.

Ensure compliance with international audit standards, including USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA, and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

Maintain production records and analyze data to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and timelines.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

A degree/diploma in Pharmaceutical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in managing production in a pharmaceutical or homeopathy manufacturing plant.

Hands-on knowledge of production processes for liquid and tablet sections.

Familiarity with audit processes for USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA, etc.

Strong understanding of machine operations and speed adjustments.

Excellent leadership and manpower planning skills.
