Executive Production

This Position is for API Plant of Alembic Limited Located in Vadodara City - Gorwa.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordination between Production plant and Quality department.
• Responsible for Issuance of BMR/ECR,etc (all the production related documents from QA).
• Ensure filling/submission to QA in-time, for production-documents like SOP's, BMR, ECR, Equipment qualification, Protocols, etc.
• To fill change control, Incident, Deviation, Qualification related document and other QMS document as and when required.
• To coordinate with production-staff for maintaining cGMP online and housekeeping at plant shop floor.
• To report any odd observations in documentation status to HOD-Production 6. Co-ordinate with internal and external customers
• Work at production-shopfloor as a shift reliever ,whenever required to control OT.
• Attend investigation of any Incident , CAPA, , OOS & Market complaint.
• To review/fill periodically : QMS Documents wherever applicable like Qualification Document, Process validation, cleaning validation, annual-verification etc.
• Arrangement pf production-Trainings, with HR, as per Training calendar.
