Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the brand to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This position requires a strong understanding of the veterinary industry, marketing strategies, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and market share in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Plan and implement product launches and promotional campaigns, coordinating with sales and R&D teams.

- Manage the brand's digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, print media, events, and PR.

- Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, veterinary professionals, and industry influencers.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Oversee marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA in Marketing or a related field (mandatory).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of veterinary products, industry regulations, and customer behavior.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
