• Accountable for visibility through extensive QR and soundbox deployment, as well as the sale of our product.
• You should be Planning the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE) and Team Leaders (TL).
• Monitoring the quality parameters as suggested by management, validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team, and ensuring that team members are in the market where sales and usage are done regularly.
