Department Overview

Seeking a dynamic process manager to improve the efficiency of our business processes, and responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. Should have a deep understanding of business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. Ultimately, a top-class process manager is able to identify and improves key processes, thereby reducing staff costs, production costs, and production times.

Role Overview

Works with Senior management and respective team stakeholders to understand their needs, identified the process gaps and analyse problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement specifications that can be executed by the team.

Leverages experience and understanding of stakeholder need to help create a solution to solve a problem (Application/Tool Based)

The Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing an organizations entire process improvement program. They obviously play a vital part in managing the people beneath them in the organizational hierarchy, but they also are the source of vision and direction for sales support, also giving business update to improve the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Research

• Gather data from various sources, including internal systems, stakeholders, and external reports. Conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops to gather qualitative insights.

• Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use tools such as Advance Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) for analysis.

• Problem-Solving

• Identify issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, or profitability. Evaluate potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Reporting

• Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate findings effectively, using visual aids when necessary.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between different teams or departments. Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable insights or system requirements.

• Process Improvement

• Audit / Evaluate existing business processes and workflows. Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Strategic Planning

• Contribute to long-term planning by analyzing market trends or operational metrics. Provide recommendations for process improvements, technology upgrades, or resource allocation.

• Analysing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.

Skill and Competencies

• Master s degree in business administration or Statistics.
• 4 - 6+ Experience in relevant role.
• Ability to work with Master Data Management tools.
• Experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Analysis.
• Technical proficiency (e.g., Advance Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Industry knowledge related to the specific role.
• Project management and teamwork.
• Six Sigma / Certificate of Business Process Professional certification.

Education and Experience

• MBA or MSC Statistics with minimum 4-6+ years of relevant work experience.
