Finance Controller For Coimbatore

Job Purpose & Role - This role would be located in Coimbatore. We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional. The Senior Leadership Role in Finance, will be responsible for Financial planning & Controlling, Management reporting ensuring financial integrity and strong controls.

Financial Planning , Analysis & Reporting

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Ind AS
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Oversee month-end and Qtr-end closing processes

Cost Management

• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Oversee inventory management and valuation
• Implement and maintain robust cost accounting systems

Strategic Support

• Partner with the CFO and executive team to develop long-term financial strategies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operational
