Branch Head

Educational Qualifications: Graduate from any recognized university.

Age: Not exceeding 50 years.

Experience : Working as Branch Head of any Bank for minimum 2 Years OR Banking experience of more than 5 years in the position of Officer & above

Job Responsibilities: i. Responsible for development of branch business, credit management and recovery of advances. ii. Generating customer leads and enhancing deposit pool of the branch. Achieve business goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship. iii. Responsible for increasing the loan portfolio of the branch. iv. Responsible for marketing, building a rapport with the existing customers/business community/prospective customers to attract more business, assisting with customer relations, and ensuring that the branch meets its targets in a timely manner.

Key Skills : i. Strong networking & interpersonal skills to improve the presence of the Bank in the market. ii. Proactive and ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints. iii. Good Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking or Branch Banking. iv. Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines. v. Strong written and verbal communication skills. vi. Ability to manage complex customer situations. vii. Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative.
