Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain and update data related to DI, Inspection, and CTL reports in designated formats to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Organize and manage a database in a specific folder structure to facilitate efficient access and retrieval of information for seamless operations.

Logistics and Inventory Control

• Proactively follow up with transporters to confirm timely delivery of materials to the site and address any potential delays.

• Track material deliveries to ensure they arrive as planned and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Vendor Management

• Update and maintain accurate data on existing and new vendors within the procurement system.

Administrative Support

• Assist with drafting and submitting letters as needed, potentially related to vendor & client communication.

Operational Procurement

• Create and process purchase orders for required goods and services.

• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
