Job Description
We are looking for a senior content writer with 3-5 years experience in marketing communication in biotech industry, who is interested in science and fascinated by new innovation in biotherapeutics.
You are extremely good in translating scientific information to an exciting content to influence your audience in a compelling way. You have understanding about biotech/pharma market and confident in your writing.
You have high energy, looking for the opportunity to work alongside scientist, directors and digital team in planning, executing creative marketing campaigns for Bhamis research laboratories.
You work well under pressure and can work on multiple projects. You have worked in an agency or has managed biotech clients on freelance basis.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and collaborate with senior management to produce creative campaigns for BRL innovation and services.
- Create ideas and write copy for digital and offline marketing requirements (websites, presentations, product and brand videos, and brand positioning and messaging, event broachers etc.)
- Understand business objectives and creating brand communication strategies on quarterly basis.
- Ability to work with the strategy and external content team to develop social media content on regular basis to keep our online community engaged on BRL activities.
- Conduct regular feedbacks both internal and external to track the progress of our strategy.
- Be responsible for managing and accomplishing project goals within established timelines.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must focus on developing organic content and do not violate any of the rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters in Biotech/Communication/Mass communication/ any related.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in similar field.
- Self-motivated, attention to details, excellent oral/written skills.
