We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. With over 20 years of expertise and a strong national presence, our company is a leading manufacturer in the packaging and paper industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in warehouse management, a strong understanding of inventory control, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient storage, tracking, and movement of materials and products, ensuring stock levels are consistently maintained.
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of store personnel, ensuring productivity, proper training, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Stock Control: Regularly monitor stock levels, perform stock audits, and implement best practices for inventory control to minimize discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and dispatch, collaborating with production and logistics teams.
Facility Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment, optimizing space and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers for procurement of materials, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, stock movement, and safety inspections. Provide regular updates and reports to management on inventory status.
Operational Efficiency: Continuously identify areas for improvement in store operations, implementing strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
Proven ability to manage teams and ensure high levels of productivity and compliance.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
