Mechanical engineer, / back office staff (MIS)

Roles and Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineer / Marine Engineer.

1) To take care of technical works for factory/plant related maintenance works.

2) Leading factory/Plant repair team to do the required jobs in ships/workshop/plant site.

3) Making work completion certificate and reports as required.

4) Candidates having knowledge in chemical/ steel/ fertilizer/ refinery factories/ship repair/ship building maintenance works are preferred.

5) Candidates who have worked in maintenance department of factories/ship repair company are preferred.

6) Candidates having mechanical engineering degree or diploma are preferred.

7) Should know engineering drawing, weight calculation, work plan etc.

8) Should know MS office and should make inspection/job completion reports.

9) Should know AutoCAD/SolidWorks for making engineering drawings.

10) Should be a fluent speaker in English and should be able to handle customer.

11) Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; and soliciting observations from operators.

Back office/data entry/admin executive

• Shall be responsible for all kind of office works and make all documents as required
• Should have knowledge about MIS
• Should be good in data entry, MS excel, MS word and MS office
• Candidates typing speed should be good.
• Candidate should maintain all files and decorum in office.
• Candidate should know to organise files and should keep all files up to date.
• Candidate should know to Send emails and to follow up with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Candidates having knowledge in chemical/ steel/ fertilizer/ refinery factories/ship repair/ship building maintenance works are preferred.

2) Candidates who have worked in maintenance department of factories/ship repair company are preferred.

3) Candidates having mechanical engineering degree or diploma or any degree in acceptable.

• For Office/Admin staff any degree is ok.
