Service Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Manage a team of technicians and advisors to deliver high-quality vehicle servicing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor service center performance and ensure achievement of KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, revenue).
• Address customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely availability.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills and service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automobile service operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
