Manager - Sales

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Assist Area Manager to develop joint go-to-market plans and campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partnerships, driving renewals and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate:

• Graduates with minimum 3 years experience in channel sales or partner management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
