Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in IT sales, a strong understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the IT sector, including lead generation and prospecting.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
Present IT solutions to clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Stay current on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position the companys offerings.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
