Installation Engineer

Bestekloza is looking for Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Install, configure, and test complex technical systems and equipment according to customer requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and customers to understand installation requirements and develop installation plans
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility, identify potential challenges, and make recommendations for efficient and effective installations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment
• Perform equipment inspections, pre-installation checks, and quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Provide training and support to customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of installed systems
• Maintain accurate documentation, including installation logs, technical manuals, and as-built drawings
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during installations
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry standards related to the installed systems
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines throughout the installation process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as an Installation Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the systems and equipment being installed
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals
• Familiarity with installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to adapt and find solutions in dynamic environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet installation deadlines
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites for installations, as required
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate relevant installation equipment
• Certifications or training in relevant systems or equipment installations is a plus

• Skill-set: Experience in kitchen and laundry installation.
