Role & responsibilities

• Develop healthy relationships with clients to engage them and gain their trust
• Follow healthy principles and establish procedures to ensure high client satisfaction
• Ensure top notch presentation of all team members and property
• Establish and implement healthy Standard Operating Procedures
• Stay up to date and implement the latest sales and marketing techniques to stay ahead of the curve
• Learn, improvise and lead negotiations - Find, discover and maximize new opportunities and avenues for growth
• Prepare timely periodic reports to document workflow and progress to senior management
• Work with other departments to improve the sales funnel and overall customer satisfaction
