Job Title: Sales Intern (3-month Internship)

Location: Gurgaon, Near Huda Metro Station
Duration: 3 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment and to contribute to the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele-sales activities, reaching out to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate with clients to close deals, ensuring win-win agreements and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Follow up with potential clients to answer queries, provide product/service details, and close deals.
  • Visit client sites as needed to build relationships and better understand client needs.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Confident and enthusiastic about sales with a strong drive to meet targets.
  • Must be comfortable with tele-sales and client-facing interactions.
  • Willing to travel and visit clients' sites when required.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for learning and improving sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
