Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Google PPC Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
• The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROAS, Drive qualified traffic, and Increase conversions for our furniture and home decor collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Setup:

• Develop a comprehensive PPC strategy tailored to Casagear.coms niche and target audience.
• Set up and structure campaigns across multiple Google Ads formats, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Identify category-specific campaign opportunities to promote key product lines (e.g., accent tables, ottomans, side tables).

Optimization & Analysis:

• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing, low-cost opportunities.
• Continuously optimize ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve CTR, conversion rates, and quality scores.
• Split-test ad creatives to determine the most effective messages and designs.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.

Budget Management:

• Manage a designated ad spend budget to ensure optimal allocation across campaigns.
• Recommend adjustments to maximize ROAS and reduce wasted spend.

Competitor Research:

• Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
• Suggest strategies to compete with key players like Wayfair in the market.

Collaboration:

Proven experience in managing Google PPC campaigns for e-commerce businesses (experience with furniture or home decor websites is a plus).

• Strong expertise in Google Ads tools, including Performance Max, Smart Shopping, and Remarketing.
• Ability to generate high-impact keywords, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for mobile and desktop.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure and report performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce trends, buyer behavior, and the furniture/home decor market.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Certification in Google Ads is preferred but not mandatory.
• Work closely with the internal team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
• Provide recommendations on landing page optimization to improve the customer journey and reduce bounce rates.

Probation Period 6 Months

Salary Package/CTC - The salary package will be CTC INR 4.80 - 5 lacs per annum based on the competency and experience.
