Job Description : Essential Domain Expertise Areas & Role & Responsibilities:

You Should be able to do and deliver with written undertaking Contract agreement Commitments on your shoulders as follows:

Top Priority: Primary Role & Responsibilities:

- You should be able to Raise Funds of min 50 mUSD ( Growth Equity Fund & International Business Expansion Fund) on your shoulders for our Benovymed Healthcare Group for utilization of this fund with our 9 Healthcare Business Verticals this Fundraising Round in the shortest possible Tight timeline from the Early Growth Stage to Late Growth Investors(from Indian or Global Individual Private Investors /Institutional Investors, Single / Multiple Family Offices Investors).

- He/She should be a Great Fundraising Hero to convince the Potential Targeted Investors (from Indian or Global Individual Private Investors /Institutional Investors, Single / Multiple Family Offices Investors) as per our Benovymed Healthcare Group Fundraising terms with Very Strong, aggressive Prior serial Fundraising domain expertise and Fundraising capability experience in the Startup world for Impact Innovation R&D Innovation backed Early Growth Stage to High Growth Stage for Domestic or International Global Pharma R&D Innovation Companies, Digital Health, AI Health, NextGen MedTech Healthcare Technologies, Funding for M&A of Few Hospitals, and Specialty Clinics Businesses.

- Strong capability in developing Investors Pitch Deck with attractive realistic financial modeling of double-digit Sustainable Development Growth with exponential Growth Profitable Year by Year.

- Proven Convertible Fundraising Relationship directly with Investors from India or Globally.

- Should develop and create a Cap Table, a Complleling Best Favourable Terms sheet Draft creation, and company favorable Termsheet signing, High Capability in creating and convincing the Company Valuation to highest Possible Market Value in front of Investors.

- Strong in Financial Engineering and financial accounts management Capability to maintain Investor documents in line with Investors' requirements.

- Should be Smart and Intelligent in Making the best possible Investment Transaction deal making and deal closing in our company's favor for a win-win deal closing with Investors peacefully.

- After closing this round, Thereafter prepare the Documents for the next Fundraising Rounds every 10 months the Bigger Ticket Size High Growth Fund & International Business Expansion Fund.

Routine Work: Secondary Role & Responsibilities;

- After you have delivered successfully as the First Top Priority Deliverables.

- Daily managing the company Accounts, company P & L, company Auditing, and Daily ledgers. employee salary development, Creating company financial Valuation, and maintaining a Highly profitable Balance Sheet.

Qualification: B.Com with CA / CFA from reputed Institute.

Experience:

- 8-15 Years in Fundraising of 50 mUSD to 2 BUSD from Investors in Early Growth Impact Innovation to Late High Growth stage startup Investors ( Series A to Series E ) preferably in Tech Startups E-Commerce, Digital Health, AI Health, Hospitals & Speciality Clinics, Pharma /MedTech Manufacturing Business space as a mandatory Primary Experience with Strong Domain Expertise in Fundraising.

- With 8 to 18 in the Secondary role & Responsilblities of CFO / Finance Management Role / Fundraising Management Role experience in a Growing Stage Tech Startup company(Digital Health, Private /Corporate Hospitals & Fast Growing MedTech Startup Companies) in Financial engineering, Accounts management, Govt and regulatory compliance & other routine roles as a CFO, AVP-Finance, GM-Finance, and Senior Finance / Account Manager.
