Insurance Renewal Management:
- Evaluate and manage existing insurance policies of group, including but not limited to property, liability and employee benefits insurances
- Float RFQ, compare, evaluate and negotiate insurance quotes, policy placements to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks, liabilities, and areas of exposure.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Claims Management:
- Work closely with relevant departments to provide necessary documentation and information for claims processing of policies such as Fire/ Project/ Marine/ Travel etc.
- Monitor claims to ensure timely resolution and proper reimbursement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular MIS reports and presentations on insurance costs, claims, and risk management activities, etc
- Submit monthly Stock / transit declarations.
- Reconcile CD statements for insurance payments and confirmations.
- Facilitate Finance Reporting and monthly Accounts closing activities. Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insurance coverage aligns with the company's objectives.
