Experience:
- 3-5 years in sales. Pref: Content sales, has worked with agencies and will be a benefit if worked in content sales platforms.
- 7-8 years in Travel industry/ sales
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Development candidate to assist in sales, planning, execution of content - Need to have good understanding of digital media. Has an existing client base, good connect & relations with Travel marketing agencies.
Selection Criteria:
1. Excellent sales skills
2. Good communication and 'people skills'
3. The ability to build good working relationships with travel/hospitality industry
4. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Good negotiation skills
6. A knowledge of marketing since Tourism boards expect our teams to think like a marketeer
7. The ability to work as part of a team
8. Ability to deliver Revenue targets
9. Understanding of complete Digital ecosystem ( Programmatic ad sales, content marketing , Social Media/influencer marketing )
10. Candidates from Conde Nast, India Today Travel Plus , Discovery, Nat Geo etc are preferred
Responsibilities:
- Create integrated customized plans for clients across platforms from the group.
- Should be able to manage entire sales process from reaching out to clients, making customized plans and execution of plan
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Ability to think & ideate on content solutions as per the client's brief and requirement
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Ability to co-ordinate and understand internal teams' requirement
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
