Defined Benefits Analyst/Sr. Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Understand all aspects of assigned Defined Benefit in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
• Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
• Act as SME and as well as the point of contact for issue resolution on floor for participants.
• Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
• Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
• Research and recommend plan changes as needed.
• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques
• Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

Required skillset:

• For Analyst candidates should have overall 3 years of experience and minimum 2 years of experience in US Defined Benefits and for Sr Analyst-Candidates should have overall experience of 4 years and minimum 3 years of experience in US Defined benefits domain is mandatory.
• Candidates with Maths/B.Com background would be preferrable.
• Any Graduates can apply except B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA
• Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts and work from office.
