Bench Sales Recruiter - US Staffing

Location: On-site, Kalkaji, South Delhi (Work from office only)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2 to 6 years in Bench Sales Recruiting

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for open positions within client companies
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for job openings
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and keep track of bench resources
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process end-to-end

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
• Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruiting practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS systems, and recruitment tools
