Bellurbis Technologies - Lead .Net Developer - ASP/MVC (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and direction for the .NET development team.

- Design, develop, and implement complex .NET applications using a variety of .NET technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, etc.

- Champion best practices in software development, code quality, and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and explore new technologies for potential adoption.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

2. Project Management & Communication :

- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

- Break down projects into manageable tasks, estimate effort, and create project plans to ensure timely delivery.

- Lead technical discussions and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Technical Expertise :

- Possess 5-8 years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of core .NET frameworks and technologies.

- Experience with building web applications using ASP.NET MVC (or similar frameworks) is a plus.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and relational database concepts for data persistence.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
