Job description:

Immediate joiner shall be given preference:

- Must be street smart and creative
- Must be hard working and honest
- Must be able to post job requirements online on various free and paid
portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, Shine, etc.
- Must be able to conduct prelim qualifying interviews for next round
- Must be willing to work hard in a target oriented environment
- Must be willing to learn various tools and programs required for this job
function
- Must be at least high school pass
- Must have good English communication skills
- Must be a team player and work in tandem with management
- Must be able to become the bridge that gaps the distance between
management and its people
- Must know how to use email clients such as outlook, thunder, gmail, etc
- Must be able to use basic MS Excel functions
- Must be willing to learn the regulations and calculations for payroll such
as PF, ESI, Ptax and other compliances
