Manager - Legal
Job Description:
Contract Management & Research:
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of terms sheets, lease agreements & due diligence of commercial property.
- Drafting, Vetting of commercial contracts, agreements, letters and other legal documents.
- Support on litigation matters on drafting, research and co-ordination with external counsels.
- Co-ordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure adherence to Company's policies and risk analysis process.
- Monitoring and supporting legal & labour compliance teams of the company.
- Research into various legal and regulatory issues and updating internal stakeholders on key impact on business.
Other Legal Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal compliance management tools, trademark matters as and when required.
- Management of Legal MIS, as and when required.
