- Finalization of the Consolidated Food Cost Report. Stores, Outlet and Kitchen Closing Stock.
- Complimentary and Void Report Monthly Report
- Spoilage and IUT Reports Monthly Report
- Cost Reconciliation.
- Kitchen Reports and Kitchen Variance
- Cost of Issues. (From MMS)
- Cost of Consumption Report (General Stores Issues from MMS), General Stores Purchase (For Consumable Purchase)
- Recipe Costing of Food & Beverage
- Purchase Bill Passing to Payable Process
- Menu Engineering Analysis
- Discount Process and analysis Report
- Liquor Costing and Liquor Inventory
Requirements
Relevant Experience in Hotels / Restaurant Industry
