Senior Full Stack Developer

We're a recruiting company that's currently hiring for a US-based client.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product, working closely with our CTO, and contributing to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB and be passionate about building scalable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using a full-stack tech stack (React, Node.js, SQL, MongoDB).
Collaborate with the CTO and other team members to define and prioritize technical requirements.
Design and implement robust, scalable solutions to support our growing business needs.
Work in a highly agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and focusing on delivering value quickly.
Approach technical challenges with creativity, proposing innovative solutions and improvements.

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, ideally within a startup or agile environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB.
Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with a knack for approaching challenges flexibly and strategically.
Communication: Strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively and independently.
Time Zone: Flexible, but able to maintain some overlap with MST for regular meetings.

Preferred Qualities
Startup experience or familiarity with the challenges and excitement of early-stage companies.
A proactive attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
A strong focus on code quality, testing, and performance.
