UX Lead

Responsibilities

Lead the UX strategy for products, services, and systems across multiple platforms.
Conduct user research, expert audits, tree testing, card sorting, field studies, user journey mapping, and develop personas.
Analyze current UX trends and insights to influence and design user-centric products.
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, service designers, business owners) to ensure designs meet business and technical needs.
Serve as a bridge between design teams, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Facilitate regular review sessions with stakeholders to present research findings, test results, and design proposals.
Advocate for user-centric design in all business and product discussions.
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Promote a culture of user-centered design and continuous improvement within the team and the wider organization.
Key Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in UX research, design, and usability testing.
Proven experience in managing usability labs and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
Strong knowledge of UX methodologies such as expert audits, tree testing, card sorting, journey mapping, and persona creation.
Familiarity with a range of usability testing tools and methods.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with IT, developers, and business teams.
Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and compliance standards.
