Job Description
Design lead (Technical concept) and project governance during installation, commissioning and start up for investment projects in our global manufacturing network.
Global Project Portfolio governance incl. steering s of key equipment supplier
Development and deployment of global equipment standards for all production line technologies including joint development of new technology concepts with equipment suppliers.
Development of strategical areas such as Core Designs, Productivity, Asset Health Management or Project Management
Translation of future requirements arising from trends like sustainability, digitalization, or individualization into equipment relevant capabilities
Continuous improvement of the global asset base for defined in fill & pack technologies.

University master s degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification with good business understanding

Several years professional work experience, ideally with processes for cosmetics production, investment planning, engineering, and construction

Excellent project management skills in an intercultural working environment

Strong leadership skills on personality level (self-reflective, inspire others, enable performance)

Strategic thinking skills; act with entrepreneurship; able to balance interests; result-oriented and performance focus.

Intercultural competence

Willingness to travel for realization of international projects (up to 25%)

Fluent English communication: written and spoken.
