Qualification - B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical, Civil , Electrical

Key KRAs -

In-depth technical and practical supervision skills related to Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Safety systems work with high-end specifications like luxury high rise residential buildings.

Hands-on experience in managing the execution management of internal external electrification works, ELV, HVAC in residential projects.

Possess expertise in load estimation, distribution schemes, HT/LT Switchgear, transformer, DG sets including interlocking scheme with main supply, bus duct, rising main, earthing system, lighting protection system, cable routing, equipment layout, illumination scheme

Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with skilled in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, civil engineers, testing engineers and consultants by delivering Excellent Quality of Workmanship

To be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They work to develop policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP concerns. They also prepare and review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety devices for the projects.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting many critical bottlenecks raised during projects and prepared detailed report submitted the same to the appropriate authorities for smooth operations

Distinguished capabilities in coordinating with internal/external stakeholders involving top level management, customers as well as government authorities for running successful projects

Exposure in maintenance / operations of a wide spectrum of equipment, electrical machinery equipment installation

To regularly follow up for CEIG, LIFT, FIRE, TNEB related licensing work with internal external consultants and timely get the license.

To review MEP Electrical, plumbing. Firefighting, CCTV, STp, SUMP WTP, Fire fighting drawing BOQ, Specifications, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
