What will you do at Beco:
- Identify potential opportunities and customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product demos, and sell Beco products at higher realizations.
- Manage distribution for Key Accounts (local & PAN India), order collection, CRM & pipeline management, and escalations.
- Participate in city and state-level exhibitions and trade seminars.
- Engage with key stakeholders (procurement, admin, FM managers)
- Handle contract renewals, price negotiations, new product introductions, and escalations.
- Manage local and PAN India key accounts.
- Oversee order and payment collection, business reviews, SKU positioning, and the Record Setter program.
- Qualifications - MBA in related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in MNC & B2B.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Fluent in English with knowledge of digital sales tools.
- Experience with clients in Corporate/Horeca/Education/Healthcare
