Head Global LCM (Life Cycle Management) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading a team of Electro mechanical engineers, procurement personnel and quality engineers to manage the Product Life Cycle Management (LCM) of all our existing products. The team will be involved in Design Changes, Engineering Change Request Board, Obsolescence Management, End of Life (EoL) of components, re-design and / or use optimized manufacturing processes to optimize performance, cost and quality. The team will also be involved in evaluating new suppliers and vendors for supporting the overall LCM goal of the business.
