The Customer Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will be responsible for delivering customer support in terms of technical service in your assigned area and associated territories.

This position is a part of India Service team and can be located in Guwahati. This position will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Service team and will report to the State Service Manager ( West Bengal and Northeast) responsible for delivering customer support in terms of technical service. You will initially work in the field alongside a Senior Engineer to gather more experience in servicing products. The actual instruments installation base and territories will be assigned later, post training on multiple modalities.
