Job Description
Review Prime Contract documentation and Project procedures/ instructions. Review Project Quality Plan (PQP) and help implementation. Execution of People Based Quality (PBQ) program on Project. Prepare and issue Site Quality Plan and ensure implementation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with design controls, design verification and validation activities, process controls, construction or start-up activities, and risk management.
- Good knowledge of Project Quality Management System, ISO 9001 certification at an enterprise level.
- Field experience in mega projects in a similar role or equivalent
- Strong analytic skills with practical knowledge of how to identify key performance quality metrics to set targets for maintaining a state of compliance while identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with statistical reporting and analysis. Demonstrated ability to apply data driven decisions to execute sound business acumen.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization (e.g., executives, managers, subject matter experts, peers, and help staff)
- Ability to develop and lead process implementation and improvement in a team environment. Understanding of product quality improvement using tools such as Six Sigma, Lean methodologies etc.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor a wide variety of team efforts to their successful conclusion. Excellent coaching, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
