Ideal Candidate :
- 10+ years of overall and 6+ years of AEM
- Adobe Certified Expert on AEM
- Solution Architect managing multiple projects in an organization
Skills :
- Experience in AEM as Cloud Service, Cloud manager, AEM assets and AEM forms
- Extensive Design and Development experience of building multi-regional sites on Adobe Experience Manager
- Understanding of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like like Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics is desirable
- Solid understanding of concepts around OSGI, JCR, Sling, Oak etc.
- Strong expertise in Java programming language and Java based application development.
- In-depth knowledge of Apache/Dispatcher server setup and working with UNIX
- Sound knowledge of OOP and functional programming fundamentals
- Experience building large scale web applications integrating with various backend services
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Adobe Experience Manager lead developer or architect certification
- Experience building personalization features on Adobe Experience Manager using industry leading personalization tools.
- Good in problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems to create robust and scalable web applications.
- Provide the most senior technical leadership on multiple, diverse and complex Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites within the organization.
- Mentor a team of AEM developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers, to plan, estimate, and execute AEM projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Review overall solution architecture and custom design solutions for AEM (Sites, Assets and Forms), technical approach and go-live readiness.
- Code development for complex components or integration
- Communicate effectively both within the technical group and business teams on AEM assessments & recommendations, gaps and risks.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM and associated technologies, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Involve in Pre-Sales discovery with clients, perform assessments and delivery demos as required.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AEM and incorporate them into the development process.
