• Positions : AR (Callers & analyst) Physician billing (must have exp in analyst)
• Designation: Open (Depends on yrs of exp & Interview performance)
• Education: Any Degree / diploma / Undergraduate
• Experience: 1-5 yrs

• Mode of interview: Direct interview for Chennai candidate & 1st round virtual available for out station candidate
• Level of interview: 2 rounds

• Shift: 6.30 PM to 4 AM – Male candidates
  7.30 PM to 5 AM – Female candidates
• Location: Nungambakkam. Opposite to Park Hotel & Nearby AGDMS Metro station
• Weekoff: 5 days working – Sat & Sun off – US holidays only applicable
• Ideal Candidates: Detail-oriented professionals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a difference.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Analysing both insurance and patient follow-ups
• Work on Rejections, Denials, and outstanding AR/Aging
• Call and speak with insurances for following up on unpaid or denied claims

Desired Candidate Profile

MUST BE FROM MEDICAL BILLING (US HEALTHCARE) BACKGROUND

• Detail-oriented and possess exceptional analytical skills.
• Experience in working on Rejections, Denials and outstanding AR/Aging
• Ability to analyse claim thoroughly and take needed correction action for claims payments
• Ability to check claim status from various insurance portals
• Ability to independently analyse and resolve denialsRole & responsibilities
