You will also be looking to confirm that meetings followed all necessary regulatory and policy requirements. We are looking for someone who has a great attention to detail. As a Compliance Specialist, you will

• Own the review of the post-program checklist process
• Ensure accuracy of documents and that the information is complete and tells the “whole story”
• Create an audit ready environment
• Cross Reference attendee documentation against financial records
• Enter information into database

About you

• Ideal candidate possesses 2+ years in a reconciliation, data entry, compliance role in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
• Math & Accounting knowledge
• Strong Excel Skills
• Communicating in a virtual environment
• Meeting Firm Deadlines
