Distribution Engineer

Role: Distribution Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Software:PLS-CADD, RUS pole

Experience: 5 + Years

Education: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering

Industry: Electric utilities (substation, protection, transmission)

Requirement:

• Conceptual, preliminary, and final design of overhead and underground distribution facilities ranging in voltage from 4.16 kV - 34.5 kV.
• Design of overhead distribution systems using PLS CADD, Stakeout or other distribution design software.
• Preparing staking sheets.
• Design of overhead line using RUS pole top based on client standards.
• Designing underground distribution systems.
• Knowledge of NESC and other applicable code for design of overhead and UG distribution systems.
• Client interface and preparation of project design documents including technical design, plan & profile, (structure spotting), staking sheets, contracts and specifications
