Qualifications:

1. Experience:

5+ years of experience as an MSSQL DBA or similar role.

2. Technical Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (versions 2016, 2019, and newer).

Strong knowledge of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

Familiarity with high availability solutions (Always On, clustering, mirroring).

Proficiency in database security best practices.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization (PTO).

3. Tools and Technologies:

Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Redgate, or SQL Diagnostic Manager.

Knowledge of cloud database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS for SQL Server).

Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell.
