Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational AI Developer with expertise in voice technologies, NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and Python.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining intelligent, AI-powered voice applications.

The role will involve developing systems that handle speech recognition, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and voice recognition, using state-of-the-art AI models and tools.

You'll also collaborate on integrating these AI models into scalable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain Conversational AI applications : Create intelligent systems using Python, NLP, and machine learning that integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice recognition functionalities.

- Integrate AI models : Work with and integrate conversational AI tools and libraries like Deepgram, Twilio, and other Generative AI models (e., GPT, DALL-E) to enhance voice and text interactions.

- Develop end-to-end solutions : Design and implement scalable AI systems that process and interpret voice commands, text responses, and ensure smooth voice interaction flows.

- Collaborate with teams : Work closely with front-end, back-end, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration of conversational AI systems into larger web and cloud platforms.

- Optimization : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI models, databases, and speech processing systems for better performance.

- AI model deployment : Utilize machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques for automatic speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), and natural language understanding.

- Manage client expectations : Provide regular progress updates to clients, ensuring that the technical aspects of the project align with business goals and are explained clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Cloud & Deployment : Leverage cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker for deploying scalable conversational AI applications.

Must-Have Skills :

- Voice AI Technologies : Experience with Twilio, Deepgram (or similar), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Voice Recognition.

- AI & NLP : Solid background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Python : Strong proficiency in Python for developing AI models, frameworks, and APIs.

- Large Language Models (LLMs) : Experience with models like GPT, BERT, and fine-tuning these models for specific conversational applications.

- Generative AI : Hands-on experience with Generative AI models for enhancing conversational capabilities (e., GPT, DALL-E, etc.

- Database Knowledge : Solid experience with databases like SQL, MongoDB, and the ability to optimize queries and integrate data into AI workflows.

- Individual Contributor : Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Good to Have Skills :

- Frontend Technologies : Familiarity with React.js and MERN Stack for integrating conversational AI features into web applications.

- Cloud & Containerization : Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and using Docker for containerization.

Education :

- B.Tech / B.BCA / MCA - Computer Science or related fields. Tech - Computer Science (or equivalent).
